Help End Child Detention with the Butterfly Effect

  • Week of September 16, 2019
Bay Area youth activists are leading a movement to create 15,000 butterflies that they will be displayed in public places throughout the Bay Area, and with our help all over the world. They want to raise awareness of the 15,000 migrant children who are being held in US detention centers across the country and they hope to inspire all-of-us to take action to end child detention permanently.

Here's how you can join the effort:

1 Help make and display butterflies and share pictures on social media with #butterflyeffectmigration
2 Take action to end child detention
